Overview
Commodis DMCC, a Dubai-based commodity trading firm and DMCC Free Zone member, approached Palm Bureau for a full-scale rebranding to support its expanding global presence. Operating across precious metals, energy, and agriculture, Commodis sought a brand identity that would communicate reliability, sophistication, and international scale.

We began with in-depth discovery sessions and conducted a competitive design audit – benchmarking both global leaders and regional players. This research grounded our strategy in clear market context and ensured Commodis would stand out while remaining credible within its sector. The result is a high-impact brand system rooted in clarity, functionality, and vision – tailored for global trade.

We kicked off with strategic alignment: defining Commodis’s values – trust, integrity, professionalism – and translating them into a visual system. The logo, a stylized “C”, doubles as a set of ascending bars or stacked containers, referencing trade, growth, and structure. It’s geometric, solid, and scalable – a modern symbol of a company built on logistics and precision.

Supporting typography (TT Firs Neue) adds strength and modernity. The color palette – charcoal, vibrant purple (Pantone 265 C), and fresh teal (Pantone 3385 C) – balances trust with energy. These elements together position Commodis as forward-looking and globally fluent.

To maintain consistency, we delivered a comprehensive brand guide detailing everything from logo applications to typography, iconography, and image treatments. It also defines layout rules, safe zones, and dos and don’ts – empowering the Commodis team to roll out the brand confidently across all channels.
We didn’t just design a logo – we built a visual infrastructure for global trust.
We applied the identity across both digital and physical touchpoints: PowerPoint templates, stationery, presentation folders, stamps, business cards, and branded totes. Every element aligns to the core system – from the embossed logo to the layout geometry – ensuring a cohesive brand experience at every interaction.
Collateral
The new website expresses the identity through a clean, responsive experience. A bold grid, smart use of whitespace, and geometric accents (rhombus shapes from the logo) create a navigable structure that’s both elegant and utilitarian. Custom iconography and tinted monochrome photography reinforce coherence. Calls to action use brand-color highlights to guide focus and drive engagement.
